7.1 We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
8.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms of this agreement.
8.2 Upon termination, all outstanding payments for completed services must be settled.
9.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
9.2 Continued use of our services after changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dygital Consults is established.
10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Dygital Consults is established.
